• Directed migration of video-on-demand storage from AWS S3 to Cloudflare R2 to eliminate egress charges, reducing annual storage costs by approximately $10,000 while maintaining performance and reliability.
• Led architectural redesign of high-traffic bidding platform to eliminate multiple per-user database calls during live auctions, significantly reducing PHP process overhead, improving system scalability, and enhancing real-time customer experience.
• Managed enterprise cloud footprint (~$100K annual spend) with focus on performance optimization, cost efficiency, and operational resiliency.

• Lead migration of core applications and websites to hybrid cloud environment using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Designed and implemented networking strategy for four primary office locations, as well as 10 travelling remote sites and points-of-presence. Utilized WAN, LAN, MPLS, IPsec VPN, and BGP technologies to ensure networks were resilient and highly available.
• Designed and oversaw implementation of all technical aspects for the construction of a new $5 million corporate headquarters. Worked with IT, A/V, and electrical subcontractors to ensure timely completion of all work. Acted as the company’s on-site liaison with the general contractor, resulting in a grand opening that was both ahead of schedule and under budget.
